We all have very different lifestyles, different levels of fitness and health.

You are unique. 

We will work together towards your individual goals, going at your pace.

This programme is run on a 1:1 basis for 6 weeks, 1.5 hour first class and then 1 hour thereafter via Zoom. The cost is £390.

 

This package focuses totally on your needs so is completely tailored to you and includes:

  • Gentle yoga to help relax and de-stress, gain flexibility and mobility, build strength and confidence.

  • Strength and resistance training and building workouts without having to join a gym
