What to expect 


My training is in Vinyasa Flow but the classes I run are suitable for everyone as I want to make yoga as accessible as possible to all. I am also qualified to teach yoga for pre and post-natal pregnancy and Pilates. Included in my classes is functional movement working on mobility and strength.


The studio is equipped with mats, blocks and props so all you need to do is turn up in comfortable clothing.


Yoga and Pilates are practiced in bare feet and loose comfortable clothing. You will be required to fill out a health form so I am aware of any medical/health conditions.


The class begins with a guided exercise to relax and prepare the body and mind for our practice. In our practice, we will work on mobilising and strengthening the body, work on improving joint health and increasing range of movement within the joints.


We will work through a range of asanas (postures), linking movement and pranayama (breath). Classes are small so each person can take their time to develop and progress at their own speed. 


Each yoga class ends with savasana (relaxation). During this time I may include a guided relaxation/meditation.
