Yoga is for everyone.

  • Do you have difficulty in relaxing, sleeping and getting your busy mind to switch off?

Yoga can help you reduce pain and improve your posture. It can also help mentally and emotionally.


You will be required to fill out a health form so I am aware of any medical/health conditions.

The session begins with a guided exercise to relax and prepare the body and mind for our practice. In our practice, we will work on mobilising and strengthening the body, work on improving joint health and increasing range of movement within the joints.


We will work through a range of asanas (postures), linking movement and pranayama (breath). Classes are small so each person can take their time to develop and progress at their own speed. 


Each yoga class ends with savasana (relaxation). During this time I may include a guided relaxation/meditation.

I provide Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga and Yoga for Scoliosis and Back Pain.

£40 per session 60 minutes.
