What you will get with your monthly membership
Live practices via Zoom on XXXXXXX and XXXXXXX term-time only. Precorded content will be uploaded during holiday season.

Weekly yoga practice sessions suitable for all levels. Cues and adjustments given. This is a very individual practice allowing everyone to go at their own pace; allowing you to mobilise, lengthen and strengthen - finding balance within. Working in a trauma-informed and embodied way.

Guided meditation and relaxation, using somatic checking in practices.

Weekly strength and resistance training sessions using resistance bands, weights and small Pilates equipment.

Private community group for members only. Connect with others in the membership who are going through the same things as you are. This group allows you to connect and become part of a supportive community.

Access to recorded material.

30 minute check in sessions for extra support for a reduced fee only available to those in the membership.
