PILATES - Monday 11am and Thursday 6pm. These are run in the Function Room above The Carlton Cinema in Westgate. Please call 07794 551627 or email.

Pilates is an exercise technique for all levels of fitness and ages. It helps develop:

• Core stability

• Strength and flexibility

• Balance and co-ordination

• Posture and alignment

• Scoliosis

• Injury prevention

• Injury rehabilitation

We incorporate specialist pilates equipment – magic circle, balls, resistance bands and weights – to assist with the exercises, making it easier to learn and achieve the more challenging matwork exercises.

Payment Options:

Monthly block 4-week month is £32 or a 5-week month £40

Drop-in £10 per session if there is space.

​

Prices will be increasing from May 2024.

​

 

Payments and Cancellations

Payment must be received prior to the scheduled class date to ensure your space.

Classes are non-refundable, non-transferable and have strict expiration dates.
